About the Monthly Tarot Mailings

The tarot mail is all about slowing down and accessing a part of life we know is important to hold on to. Connection.

October’s Oracle Card is titled “You Are Enough.” This phrase came to me while at a red light on a particularly cold January 22, 2026 afternoon. I was struggling daily at the time with simply being present in my own body. It was painful and had been since November 2025. Something got into my psyche and created a break from what I believed was real - I guess this is called an ego death. At this point I was out of the worst of it, otherwise, I may not have heard the message that brought me the rest of the way out of the darkness and aware I would make it back to myself.

Intellectually, I had to be ready in that moment to hear the message and, more importantly, to believe it. I promised myself I would never forget this fundamental truth. I am enough; I always was. YOU are enough; you always were.
